The chef prepares sushi using seafood freshly harvested in the home waters of Busan solely for guests waiting at the bar, which has just six seats.

Typical Japanese food that is prepared by dipping seafood and vegetables in batter and deep-frying them. Guests can enjoy the tempura while savoring the aroma and sounds of deep-frying cooking. The number of seats at the tempura bar is limited to six.

Sukiyaki is a special Japanese food based on carefully selected beef seasoned with special soy sauce. The preparation process is completed in front of guests using Mitaki’s original cooking method.

MASTER CHEF SUZUKI KAZUO

Worked for Hotel New Otani and Tokyu Hotel. Began working for Nadaman at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shanghai at the age of 25. After returning to Japan, joined Nakamura Koumei Ariake as sous-chef in the kitchen when it opened. Selected as master chef for Mitakiso after leaving Nakamura Koumei Ariake, a position he continues to hold.
